Our team comprises of five dedicated professionals who are committed to examining and addressing the complexities inherent in the interactions between law enforcement and Black communities. Our objective is to cultivate an environment characterized by transparency and mutual respect, thereby facilitating constructive dialogue and understanding.
Each member of our team contributes a distinct perspective and a strong commitment to advocating for diversity, equality, and inclusion.

Within this inspiring environment, we confront challenges directly, generating enthusiasm as we introduce our audience to unexpected and innovative concepts that stimulate curiosity and encourage meaningful discourse. Through our efforts, we aspire to bridge gaps and inspire positive transformation within the communities we engage.
2025 saw an increase in partnerships, allyship and courageous conversations.
The panel and Suffolk Constabulary made significant strides in moving the conversation forward as a critical friend contributing our methods to the Police Race Action Plan Knowledge Sharing Conference at the Inaugural Police Race Action Plan Conference. This conference provided a platform for each force, independent panel or consultancy to share the innovative bespoke methods developed and used for each workstream based on the policy documents provided by the National Police Chief's Council and the College of Policing. Each constabulary, independent panel and consultancy was able to show how they contributed to the interpretation of their local Police and Crime Commissioner ~ Police and Crime Plan and the Chief Constabulary Delivery Plan.
